    Why Your A/B Test Results Go Ignored (And How to Fix It)

    You did everything right. You formed a hypothesis. You designed the variants. You waited for statistical significance.

    The results came back with a clear winner.

    And then... nothing. The winning variant didn't ship. Nobody mentioned the test in the next planning meeting. Three months later, you're still running the old version.

    The visibility problem

    Most experiment results die in a Confluence page.

    Someone writes up the findings, shares them with the immediate team, and moves on to the next project. The rest of the organization never sees it.

    • Create engagement through predictions or discussion
    • Share results immediately when significance is reached
    • Follow up publicly on what was done with the findings

    Running experiments is only half the battle. Acting on results is the other half.

    Most organizations fail at the second part not because they don't care, but because they don't have the systems and habits to ensure action happens.

    Build those systems. Measure what matters. Make experiments visible and engaging.
